Russian gasoline prices up 0.1% in latest week - Rosstat
MOSCOW. Aug 4 (Interfax) - Consumer prices for gasoline in Russia rose 0.1% in the week of July 26-August 1, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) reported.
Gasoline prices rose 0.1% in the previous week and 0.3% in the two weeks before that. Gasoline prices have risen 3.3% since the beginning of the year.
Diesel fuel prices declined 0.1% in the latest week after holding steady the previous week and rising 0.1% in the two weeks before that. Diesel prices have risen 0.1% in the year so far.
Gasoline price increases were recorded in 43 regional centers across Russia last week. Gasoline prices were unchanged in Moscow and up 0.1% in St. Petersburg last week.
Gasoline production rose 4.2% to 827,400 tonnes in the period July 25-31. Diesel production increased 4.6% to 1.510 million tonnes.
