AFK Sistema redeems 10 bln rubles in exchange-traded bonds early

MOSCOW. Aug 18 (Interfax) - AFK Sistema has redeemed 10 billion rubles in 15-year series Bo-01 exchange-traded bonds placed in February 2015, the company said in a statement.

The bonds were placed at a coupon rate of 17% p.a., with the second and third coupons equal to the first. They were redeemed at the end of the third coupon period. The next offer was due in August 22.

Sistema has its series 03 bond issue amounting to RUB 15 billion, a $500 million Eurobond, as well as three exchange-traded bond issues amounting to 16.7 billion rubles outstanding.
