"Nine violations were observed in the provinces of Damascus (6) and Latakia (3) over the past day," the center said in a bulletin published on the Russian Defense Ministry website.

According to the reconciliation center, formations from Jaysh al-Islam identifying itself as opposition opened mortar fire on the populated localities of Jaubar, Nashabiyah, Duma, Haush Daura and Jisrein in the Damascus province.

"In the Latakia province, formations from the Ahrar ash-Sham armed group fired guided missiles on the populated locality of al-Quantara, while formations from the Free Syrian Army armed group used tanks and mortars in their attacks on the populated localities of Kinsibba and Kellaz," the bulletin said.
