Turnout in Belarusian parliamentary elections tops 42% by noon - CEC
MINSK. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Over 42% of all registered Belarusian voters have cast ballots in the election of the National Assembly's House of Representatives by midday on Sunday, according to the country's Central Election Commission (CEC).
