Pharmacy Chain 36.6 repays 26 bln rubles in debts owed by Oriola, Alliance, A5
MOSCOW. Sept 22 (Interfax) - Pharmacy Chain 36.6 repaid debts totaling 26 billion rubles owed by companies acquired in M&A deals, board chairman Ivan Saganelidze said at a press conference at Interfax's central office in Moscow.
The debts were owed by Oriola, Alliance Healthcare and A5. The total included 12.4 billion rubles to retire debt owed to distributors, plus 8.6 billion rubles and 5.8 billion rubles in debts to producers owed by Oriola and Alliance Healthcare respectively.
Saganelidze also said that debts owed to Pharmacy Chain 36.6 by various chains and wholesale companies total about 2.5 billion rubles.
Pharmacy Chain 36.6's gross debt stood at 15.841 billion rubles as of the end of the first half of 2016 (compared with 13.207 billion rubles as of the end of 2015). Net debt (after deducting cash balances on accounts) was 15.544 billion rubles (12.923 billion rubles).
