Absence of oil output freeze agreements not critical for Russia - Novak
MOSCOW. Sept 25 (Interfax) - The absence of the agreements on oil output freeze is not crucial for Russia, Energy Minister Alexander Novak said.
"This is not principally critical for us. We think that it would be possible to speed up the market balancing process. This is profitable for all," he told journalists on Sunday.
