Acron to conduct book building on 5 bln rubles in bonds on September 29
MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) - Acron will conduct book building for placement of 5 billion rubles in Bo-001P-01 series exchange bonds on September 29, a source in banking circles told Interfax.
The rate guidance for the first coupon has been set at 9.60%-9.80% annually, corresponding to a yield to the four-year offer of 9.83%-10.04%.
Bids for the 10-year bonds will be accepted on September 29 from 11:00 a.m. Moscow time until 4:00 p.m.
The technical placement of bonds is planned for October 6.
An offer is expected for the issue in four years in the amount of 100%. The par value of one bond is 1,000 rubles.
The organizers are Rosbank and Unicredit Bank .
Acron Holding includes PJSC Acron (Veliky Novgorod) and PJSC Dorogobuzh (Smolensk region). The group also owns about 20% of Polish fertilizer producer Grupa Azoty.
The company's main beneficiary is Vyacheslav Kantor. Free float amounts to 14%.
