Alfa-Bank to hold book building for 5 bln rubles in bonds on Sept 29
MOSCOW. Sept 27 (Interfax) - Alfa-Bank will hold book building for 5 billion rubles in series Bo-17 exchange-traded bonds on September 29, a banking sector source told Interfax.
Yield guidance for first coupon on the 15-year bonds is 9.355-9.55%, corresponding told yield of 9.575%-9l.78% to maturity after five years.
The technical placement of the bonds with semiannual coupons is planned on September 30.
The bank will offer the bonds to the market independently.
The last time Alfa-Bank entered the public debt market was in August. Then it placed 15-year bonds for 5 billion rubles with coupon yield of 9.75% per annum. A two-year offer was announced.
Currently there are 10 issues of Alfa-Bank bonds for 60 billion rubles in circulation.
In H1 2016 Alfa-Bank was Russia's 7th largest bank by assets, according to the Interfax-100 ranking.
