Volodin says dialogue important for decision-making in State Duma
MOSCOW. Oct 5 (Interfax) - The voice of every parliamentarian has to be heard in order to forge a dialogue during the decision-making process, Vyacheslav Volodin, who was nominated by the United Russia party for the post of the new State Duma chairman and was then elected as such, said.
"It was repeatedly said in public: we have to do everything to make every voice of every parliamentarian heard. So to maintain a permanent dialogue within the State Duma when elaborating our decisions," Volodin said.
The decisions adopted by the State Duma will only benefit from this, Volodin added. "It largely depends on all of us, how we will manage to have it all done together. This is our common task for you and me. Let's try to accomplish it. It will make the laws better," Volodin said.
