PAK DA next-generation strategic bomber and missile carrier could be unveiled in 2018 - Defense Ministry

NIZHNY NOVGOROD. Oct 13 (Interfax-AVN) - The Prospective Complex of Long-Range Aviation (PAK DA) could be presented to the public as early as 2018, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yury Borisov said.

"It is high likely that we'll see it in 2018," Borisov said during a tour of defense facilities in Nizhny Novgorod on Thursday.

The PAK DA will have much better characteristics than the existing long-range aviation aircraft, he said.
