Donbas conflicting sides should synchronize resolution of political, security issues - Russian envoy to OSCE

MOSCOW. Oct 14 (Interfax) - Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich called for synchronizing resolution of security and political issues in Donbas and said there was no Plan B for implementing the Minsk agreements.

"There is no alternative to the Package of Measures, there is no Plan B," Lukashevich said at a meeting of the OSCE Standing Committee.

"The resolution of security issues should be synchronized with the steps taken on the political track. Instability on the contact line, which Kyiv has been fostering as a pretext for sabotaging the political process, must not be allowed," he said.
