VLADIVOSTOK. Oct 20 (Interfax) - The Vladivostok Sea Port will be able to receive the biggest cruise liners in the world following dredging operations which local officials say will enable it to develop cruise tourism in the region.

"The first and second harbors of the Vladivostok sea port will be deepened, and Rosmorport has planned 8.8 million rubles for design works. After finishing the work, the sea passenger terminal will be able to receive ships with drafts of up to 9 meters," the regional press office said.
