NKR president tells OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on Karabakh about Baku's anti-Armenian policy
STEPANAKERT. Oct 24 (Interfax) - The issues related to the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict have been discussed at a meeting by unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic's President Bako Sahakyan and the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, who arrived in Stepanakert, Igor Popov of Russia, Pierre Andrieu of France and James Warlick of the United States and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk on Monday, the NKR presidential press service told Interfax.
"President Sahakyan said that Azerbaijan continues to stick to its destructive stance, having breached the ceasefire and not abandoning its anti-Armenian policy," the statement said.
Sahakyan underlined the need to work out the mechanisms, which are aimed at keeping the ceasefire in place and exposing the violations, naming this one of the key components of the peace process, it said.
The NKR president also expressed gratitude to outgoing French co-chair Andrieu for an honest and fruitful work, wishing him successes in life and further work, the press service also said.
