Anti-terrorism operation ends in Dagestani village where militant was killed

ROSTOV-ON-DON. Oct 27 (Interfax) - The regime of an anti-terrorism operation has been lifted in the Dagestani village of Tagirkent-Kazmalyar, a representative of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) operative staff in Dagestan told Interfax on Thursday.

"The anti-terrorism operation regime was lifted in the village of Tagirkent-Kazmalyar in the Magaramkent district at 11 a.m. Moscow time," he said.

The anti-terrorism operation began within the administrative limits of Tagirkent-Kazmalyar in the Magaramkent district on Wednesday on the order of the operative staff chiefs. The NAC said later that a militant was killed in the village.
