MinFin expecting Transneft dividends for 2016 in amount of 75.325 bln rubles - draft budget
MOSCOW. Oct 31 (Interfax) - The Finance Ministry has set down in the draft budget for 2017 revenue from dividends of Transneft in the amount of 75.325 billion rubles, the document said.
Transneft's charter capital is divided into 5,546,847 ordinary shares and 1,554,875 preferred shares with a par value of one ruble. The state owns 100% of the voting shares of Transneft (78.1% of charter capital), 21.9% of the company's shares belong to private investors.
For 2015 11.521 billion rubles were paid for ordinary shares (2,077. 08376736 rubles per share), for preferred shares - 1.28 billion rubles (823.31 rubles per share).
At the start of autumn, the Economic Development Ministry prepared draft directives for Transneft's interim dividends for 9M 2016. The sum of dividends, which the ministry intended to confirm, was 58.91 billion rubles. This sum is the difference between 50% of Transneft's profit to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) (71.71 billion rubles) and dividends paid for last year (12.8 billion rubles, or 100% of profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS)).
