Gazprom starting roadshow for Eurobonds in euro on Nov 7
MOSCOW. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Gazprom is starting a road show for euro-denominated Eurobonds on November 7, a source in banking circles told Interfax.
Mandates were issued by Bank of China, Gazprombank , J.P. Morgan and UniCredit.
The meetings will take place in London and Paris, pricing is preliminarily planned for November 10.
Earlier Interfax's sources said that the issue may amount to 700 million-1 billion euros. Bank of China may bring new Asian investors to the deal, sources said.
In addition, the sources said that a road show for another issue of Gazprom Eurobonds is planned at the end of November, this time notes in Swiss francs.
The last time Gazprom placed Eurobonds was in March 2016, when it sold Eurobonds for 500 million Swiss francs with a coupon yield of 3.375% and repayment in November 2018.
Gazprom's last issue of euro-denominated Eurobonds was placed a year ago, in October 2015, the placement volume was 1 billion euros, yield was 4.625% per annum. The organizers were Banca IMI, J.P. Morgan and UniCredit.
