Russian Foreign Ministry accuses U.S. of disproportionate strikes on Mosul
MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - The U.S.-led international coalition is delivering disproportionate airstrikes on residential neighborhoods in Mosul, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
"Along with the reprisals that I have mentioned, Mosul residents have also certainly been prompted to flee by the growing and absolutely disproportionate bombings by the air force of the anti-ISIL coalition led by Washington," Zakharova said at a news briefing on Thursday.
"To our great regret, these bombings have with increasingly frequency targeted residential neighborhoods and civilian facilities," she said.
