FAS proposes reducing tariff on Zapolyarye-Purpe by 293 rubles to 399.1 rubles per tonne following discussions

MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) following discussions with oil companies has proposed lowering the tariff on the pumping of oil on the Zapolyarye-Purpe pipeline by 293 rubles to 399.1 rubles per tonne.

Earlier the FAS proposed a tariff on the pumping of oil on the Zapolyarye-Purpe of 692 rubles per tonne. The FAS press office told Interfax that initially the tariff of 692 rubles per tonne was suggested on the basis of a request by Transneft . Following discussions, the FAS prepared an order with a new proposal for the tariff.

"The published order concerns the establishment of a tariff on the section Zapolyarye-Purpe. Before there was no tariff, there was only a request to establish a tariff," an FAS representative said.
