Saakashvili resignation sent to Ukrainian presidential administration
ODESA. Nov 7 (Interfax) - Mikheil Saakashvili, the head of the Odesa regional state administration, has already sent his resignation to the Ukrainian presidential administration and expects President Petro Poroshenko to accept it, Saakashvili's press officer Daryna Chyzh told Interfax on Monday.
She also said Saakashvili will stay in his post in Odesa until the Ukrainian president accepts his resignation.
According to earlier reports, Saakashvili said on November 7 that he was leaving his post.
