ISIL member gets ten-year prison term in Azerbaijan

BAKU. Nov 11 (Interfax) - A Baku court for serious crimes on Friday issued a verdict to a man who fought alongside Islamic State, or ISIL (banned in Russia), and other terrorist organizations.

Zarbali Abdullazade was found guilty of the charges and sentenced to ten years' imprisonment, local media reported.

According to the case files, the man trained at special military camps and participated in hostilities in Iraq and Syria.
