Yamalo-Nenets to hold book building for 20 bln rubles in bonds on Dec 2

MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - The government of the Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district will collect investors' bids for seven-year, 35002 series bonds for 20 billion rubles on December 2 from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Moscow time, a source in banking circles told Interfax.

The yield guidance of the first coupon was set at 9.20%-9.50% per annum, which corresponds to yield on offer in the amount of 9.52%-9.84% per annum.

The technical bond placement is planned for December 7.

The bonds have quarterly coupons, the par value of one bond is 1,000 rubles. They are amortized bonds.

Placement organizers include BC Region, VTB Capital, Gazprombank , Sberbank CIB and Sovcombank .

Currently the Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district have no bonds in circulation.
