Moscow Exchange registers Rosneft's exchange-traded bond program for more than 1 trln rubles
MOSCOW. Dec 2 (Interfax) - The Moscow Exchange has registered Rosneft's program for exchange-traded, 001P series bonds for up to 1.071 trillion rubles, the company said in a statement.
The program was assigned the identification number 4-00122-A-001P-02E.
It was reported that on November 24 Rosneft's board of directors confirmed the program for exchange-traded bonds at 1.071 trillion rubles. This program is a framework instrument, the presence of which allows the company, on the basis of separately made decisions by corporate management bodies, to carry out the placement of exchange-traded bonds, Rosneft told Interfax at that time.
The longest possible timeframe for the repayment of bonds placed as part of the program is 10 years. The bond program was confirmed as perpetual.
The placement organizers is Gazprombank , Russian Regional Development Bank is the underwriter and broker. If there is a full or partial lack of demand for the bonds, Gazprombank will buy back the bonds for a sum of up to 173 billion rubles.
Currently Rosneft has seven classic bond issues in circulation for 90 billion rubles and 26 issues of exchange-traded bonds for 1.100 trillion rubles.
