Poroshenko, Polish PM discuss construction of gas pipeline-interconnector between Ukraine, Poland
KYIV. Dec 2 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydlo discussed cooperation in the oil and gas industry and the energy sector, as well as cross-border cooperation.
"Separately, they highlighted the importance of construction of a gas pipeline-interconnector between Ukraine and Poland and use of the potential of the LPG-terminal in the Polish city of Swinoujscie [Swinemunde before 1945] in implementation of the strategy of diversification of gas deliveries to Ukraine," Poroshenko said on his Facebook page in a message late on Friday.
