VTB places 64.6% of overnight, KS-1-49 series bond issue for 32.8 bln rubles

MOSCOW. Dec 5 (Interfax) - VTB on December 2 completed the placement of exchange-traded overnight KS-1-49 series bonds with a par value of 50 billion rubles, selling 64.6% of the issue for 32.825 billion rubles, the bank said in a statement.

The bonds were placed at a price of 99.9162% of par value, which corresponds to yield on repayment in the amount of 10.2% per annum.

The size of yield per share is 83.8 kopecks.

The discount bonds were placed according to an open subscription as part of an exchange-traded bond program for 5 trillion rubles. The par value of one bond is 1,000 rubles.
