Bashneft to offer exchange-traded bonds totaling 10 bln rubles
MOSCOW. Dec 6 (Interfax) - Bashneft president Andrei Shishkin approved the conditions for an issue of exchange-traded bonds totaling 10 billion rubles on December 5, the Russian oil company said in a statement.
The company plans to offer 10 million bonds with face value of 1,000 rubles each.
In May the Moscow Exchange registered two programs of exchange-traded bonds of Bashneft for 50 billion rubles each inclusively or the equivalent of this sum in forex. The programs were assigned the numbers 4-00013-A-001P-02E and 4-00013-A-002P-02E respectively. The timeframe of the programs is 50 years. Bonds may be placed for up to 25 years as part of the first program and 20 years in the second program.
The issue now on offer will be placed in the framework of the first program.
The company currently has eight exchange-traded bond issues in circulation for 55 billion rubles and eight classic bond issues for 90 billion rubles.
