Kremlin declines to comment on Constitutional Court hearing regarding enforcement of ECHR judgment on Yukos
MOSCOW. Dec 15 (Interfax) - Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov has declined to comment on remarks made by Presidential Representative to the Constitutional Court Mikhail Krotov and Deputy Justice Minister Georgy Matyushkin on the enforcement of the ECHR judgment on Yukos.
"I'd rather not comment on this subject now," he told reporters who had asked to comment on Krotov's words that the enforcement of that order would affect the financial prosperity of Russian citizens.
He also offered no comment on the remarks made by Russian Deputy Justice Minister Georgy Matyushkin on that subject.
