Medvedev orders Russian Finance Ministry to hold negotiations with Syria on info exchange on goods, vehicles moved between 2 countries

MOSCOW. Jan 23 (Interfax) - Russia and Syria intend to exchange preliminary information on goods and vehicles moved between the countries.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree ordering the Russian Finance Ministry in coordination with the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Russian Federal Customs Service to hold negotiations on the conclusion of a relevant protocol.

The negotiations in question are those on the conclusion of the "protocol between the Russian Federal Customs Service and the Main Customs Department of the Syrian Arab Republic to organize the exchange of preliminary information on goods and vehicles moved between Russia and the Syrian Arab Republic."
