Rouhani to visit Moscow to meet with Putin in March - Iranian Embassy
MOSCOW. Jan 31 (Interfax) - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will pay a visit to Moscow in March, Iranian Deputy Ambassador in Moscow Ahmad Heydarian told reporters.
"Yes, he will come to Moscow in March to hold negotiations with Russian President [Vladimir Putin]," Heydarian said on Tuesday at the opening of the Beauty of Iran photography exhibition coinciding with Iran's National Day.
He expressed hope that this exhibition will make a contribution to the development of tourism between two countries.
"We hope that this exhibition will help to ensure that our two nations will visit each other more often than before and see the beauty that our two countries have," he said.
The exhibition is being held in the Vernadsky State Geological Museum.
