Both sides violate withdrawal lines in Donbas - OSCE mission

LUHANSK. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Members of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) have observed instances of violation of the lines designated for withdrawal of weapons by Ukrainian troops and militiamen of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), the SMM said in a statement to Interfax.

In government-controlled areas, the SMM observed the following breaches of the requirements for weaponry removal lines: Ukrainian army trucks towed three howitzers (2A65 Msta B, 152mm) towards northwest, near the village of Voitove, the statement said.

In the LPR-controlled areas, the SMM observed two 120mm Fagot anti-tank guided missile complexes, BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicles and four T-64 tanks near the village of Vyshnevyi Dil.

The SMM also observed armored fighting vehicles in the security zone in Donbas.

In the LPR-controlled areas, the OSCE patrol members recorded infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs), armored personnel carriers (APCs) and tractors near the Prince Ihor monument (close to Stanytsia Luhanska), in the villages of Donetskyi and Sentianivka, and on the northwestern edge of Luhansk, the SMM said.

The mission also observed APCs, IFVs and tractors in the Kyiv-controlled villages of Novhorodske, Nyzhnie, Krymske and Stanytsia Luhanska and near the town of Popasna.
