Russian intl reserves up 1.7% to $397.3 bln in Feb

MOSCOW. March 7 (Interfax) - Russia's international reserves increased by $6.749 billion or 1.7% in February 2017 to $397.334 billion from $390.585 billion, the Central Bank said on its website.

The value of monetary gold in reserves increased by $3.927 billion in February, or 6.2%, to $66.863 billion, up from $62.936 billion in January, with its share in the reserves increasing to 16.8% from 16.1%.

Forex reserves in February increased by $2.822 billion, or 0.9%, to $330.472 billion.

The volume of forex liquidity received by bank residents from the Central Bank on a return basis decreased by $654 million, or 10.4%, to $5.628 billion in February from $6.282 billion in January.
