Transneft could collect bids on bonds for 20 bln rubles at the end of March - source

MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Transneft plans to collect bids for exchange-traded series BO-001R-06 bonds for 20 billion rubles at the end of March, a source in banking circles told Interfax.

Coupon guidance will be determined based on the results of premarketing.

The bonds will be in circulation for four years, with the par value of each bond at 1,000 rubles.

The organizer of the placement is Gazprombank .

Currently Transneft has nine issues of exchange-traded bonds in circulation for a total sum of 134 billion rubles and three issues of classic bonds for a total sum of 135 billion rubles.
