Maria Gaidar becomes non-staff adviser to president of Ukraine

KYIV. April 5 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Maria Gaidar, a deputy of the Odesa region's council and former deputy of the head of the Odesa region's administration, his non-staff adviser.
