Lack of Kyiv's ceasefire guarantees stops Olenivka repairs - DPR Defense Ministry
DONETSK. April 11 (Interfax) - It is impossible to repair a power transmission line in Olenivka in southeastern Ukraine, as Kyiv has not provided security guarantees, the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said.
"Repair teams arrived in the Olenivka area at 11 a.m. today to restore a power transmission line. Yet repairs had to stop because Ukrainian officers in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination could not guarantee a ceasefire by the Ukrainian army," a DPR Defense Ministry spokesman told reporters on Tuesday.
