DPRK to retaliate for U.S. attack - military attache in Moscow
MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - North Korea's armed forces are ready to respond to a United States attack, with a nuclear strike to a nuclear strike, a Pyongyang representative said.
"Today the U.S. is engaged in fomenting a nuclear war on the Korean peninsula. Should the U.S. commit a reckless provocation, the Korean armed forces will respond to the provocation and will be responding with an all-out war to an all-out war and a nuclear strike to a nuclear war," Kim Yong Jing, military attache at North Korea's Embassy in Moscow, said.

"We have a more potent weapon than a hydrogen bomb: unanimity and unity of the whole army," he said.
