Mostotrest board recommends dividends of 10.64 rubles per share for 2016, same as 2015, total 3 bln rubles

MOSCOW. May 3 (Interfax) - PJSC Mostotrest's board of directors, meeting on May 2, have recommended the AGM decide to pay dividends for 2016 of 10.64 rubles per share, the company said.

The total amount allocated as dividends could total 3,003 billion rubles. The register of those that have the right to receive dividends will be compiled as at June 18, 2017. The ex-dividend date is June 17, 2017.

Mostotrest's AGM will take place on June 29, 2017. The register of shareholders for the meeting will close on June 5. The meeting will be held according to the standard agenda.
