Grid operator IDGC of Center board recommends 0.044 rubles per share 2016 div

MOSCOW. May 16 (Interfax) - The board of directors at Inter-regional Distribution Grid Company (IDGC) of Center have recommended that shareholders vote at their annual shareholders meeting to accept a 2016 dividend of 0.044215195 rubles per share, the company said.

The company has 42,217,941,468 issued ordinary shares, so the total dividend payout could be 1,866,675,000 rubles, or all net profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) for 2016.

The proposed dividend record date is June 21.

RCM Rus was recommended as external auditor.

The AGM takes place on June 8 with shareholders on record as of May 15 eligible to vote.

IDGC of Center includes 11 divisions: Belgorodenergo, Bryanskenergo, Voronezhenergo, Kurskenergo, Kostromaenergo, Lipetskenergo, Tverenergo, Smolenskenergo, Orelenergo, Tambovenergo and Yarenergo.

PJSC Rosseti owns 50.2% of IDGC of Center and Prosperity Capital Management (UK) Limited funds have a combined stake of 21.21%.
