Russian, Macedonian presidents to meet in Moscow
MOSCOW. May 23 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov during his working visit to Moscow on May 24, the Kremlin press service said.
"The heads of state are expected to discuss issues concerning the further development of bilateral cooperation. They also plan to exchange opinions on key regional subjects, including primarily the situation in the Balkan region," it said.
The Macedonian president will come to Moscow to receive the award named after His Holiness Patriarch Alexy II, granted to him by the International Foundation for the Unity of Orthodox Christian Nations.
