Magnit may receive 32.5 bln rubles in dividends from operating subsidiary

MOSCOW. May 30 (Interfax) - PJSC Magnit may receive 32.5 billion rubles in dividends for 2016 from its operating subsidiary, JSC Tander, Magnit said in materials following a meeting of the board of directors.

The dividend will amount to 3.25 rubles per share. Magnit is Tander's sole shareholder.

Tander paid 20 billion rubles or 2 rubles per share in dividends for 2015.
