Bank Home Credit places 3-year bonds worth 10 bln tenge on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange

ALMATY. May 30 (Interfax) - Subsidiary Bank JSC Bank Home Credit has placed three-year bonds worth 10 billion tenge (310.4 tenge/ $1) on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the bank's press office said on Tuesday.

The bonds' yield is 15% per annum.

The bookrunners for the issue are Tsesna Capital JSC and BCC Invest JSC.

Bank Home Credit intends to use the funds raised from the bond placement for lending.

Subsidiary Bank JSC Bank Home Credit is part of Home Credit Group, which was established in the Czech Republic in 1997.

Bank Home Credit ranked 22nd by assets in January-March 2017 among the 33 second-tier banks operating in Kazakhstan, according to the National Bank.
