Dvorkovich doesn't expect constructive response from Ukraine on sanctions against Russian IT cos
ST. PETERSBURG. June 2 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said he does not expect a constructive response from Ukraine regarding the situation with the imposition of sanctions against Russian companies.
"We will protect the interests of our businesses regardless, wherever they are located, in Ukraine or in other parts of the world," Dvorkovich said in an interview with RBC TV at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
"It's another matter that, when the government of another country acts without any common sense and logic, it is impossible to think of something constructive here. I doubt that [there will be a constructive response to the situation], because people are acting based on a logic that is comprehensible only to them and, judging by everything, do not want what's best for their country," Dvorkovich said.
