Gazprombank to hold book building on 10 bln rubles in bonds on June 8

MOSCOW. June 5 (Interfax) - Gazprombank will hold a book building for series BO-13 bonds for 10 billion rubles on June 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Moscow time, a source in banking circles told Interfax.

Guidance on the first coupon was set at 8.7%-8.9% per annum, which corresponds to yield to offer of 8.89%-9.1% per annum.

The three-year bonds are scheduled to be placed on the stock exchange on June 14.

The bonds have face value of 1,000 rubles each and will pay semi-annual coupons.

The bank is organizing the placement itself.

Gazprombank has 11 issues of exchange bonds worth 90 billion rubles and six classic bonds worth 49.552 billion rubles outstanding.

Gazprombank was the 3rd largest bank in Russia by asset size at the end of Q1 2017 according to the Interfax-100 ranking prepared by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis.
