Tehran terror attack confirms need for joint anti-terrorist front - Matviyenko
MOSCOW. June 7 (Interfax) - The terror attacks perpetrated in Iran have derived from the inability of world leaders to form a joint anti-terrorist front, Federation Council Chairperson Valentina Matviyenko said.
"The worrisome news of terror attacks committed in one country or another appears practically every day. Civilians are suffering because politicians, heads of state are still unable to agree on forming a joint anti-terrorist front and pooling their efforts," Matviyenko told reporters on Wednesday.
Matviyenko said she was 'very disappointed and regretted' the fact that civilians are suffering because of the inability of various countries to come to terms.
