M.Video shareholders waive dividends, keep board as before

MOSCOW. June 9 (Interfax) - M.Video shareholders reached the decision to not pay dividends for 2016 at its annual meeting, the retailer said.

The board of director was elected as before, consisting of company founders Alexander Tynkovan and Pavel Breev, chairman of retailer Bonmarche John Coleman, head of Studio Moderna Adrian Burleton, former Magnit CFO

Alexander Prisyazhnuk, former M. Video CFO Christopher Parks, David Hamid from Game Digital Plc, member of the Academic Board at Skolkovo, former SUEK CFO Vladimir Preobrazhenskiy and member of the Board of Trustees at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology Chris Skirrow.
