Inter RAO shareholders re-elect board as before

MOSCOW. June 9 (Interfax) - PJSC Inter RAO have re-elected the board of directors, an Interfax correspondent reports from the annual meeting.

All existing directors were re-elected to the board, among them, recent outgoing Rostec deputy CEO and CEO of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation Dmitry Shugaev.

Elected to the board were Rosneft chief Igor Sechin and Inter RAO Chairman Boris Kovalchuk, head of System Operator of the United Power System Boris Ayuyev, partner at UCP Group Elena Sapozhnikova, Nornickel Senior Vice-President Andrei Bugrov, CJSC Leader CEO Anatoly Gavrilenko, Rosatom Vice President Alexander Lokshin, Federal Grid Co head Andrei Murov, President and Chief Executive Officer, GE in Russia and CIS James Ronald Pollett and Gazprom Energoholding Denis Fedorov.
