Rosgosstrakh pensions mgmt company increases stake in UWC from 1.95% to 6.81%
MOSCOW. June 14 (Interfax) - LLC Upravlenie Sberezheniyami, which manages pensions funds for OJSC Rosgosstrakh (RGS) Non-state Pension Fund, has increased its stake in United Wagon Company (UWC) from 1.95% to 6.81%.
UWC said that changes to its ownership structure took place on June 2. "The increase in the stake of [RGS Non-state Pension Fund's] management company took place due to the transfer of UWC shares to its control that were earlier in the RGS Non-state Pension Fund's pensions fund portfolio under the control of another management company," the company said.
RGS Non-state Pension Fund, according to the SPARK-Interfax database, is wholly owned by LLC Redvans, which belongs 97% to Alkhas Sanguliya's LLC Investprogress. Sanguliya earlier held the position of CEO of LLC RGS Assets and LLC RGS Invest as well as sitting on the board of director for Rosgosstrakh Bank.
