Rosatom discussing potential wind farm construction in Saudi Arabia

MOSCOW. June 21 (Interfax) - Rosatom International Network (RIN), part of Rosatom, and Saudi company Al-Yamama for Trading and Contracting have signed a memorandum of understanding as part of the Atomexpo 2017 forum, RIN said.

The Memorandum affirmed the parties' commitment to exploring opportunities for cooperation in areas such as the construction and operation of wind farms in Saudi Arabia, as well as supplying equipment from Rosatom's subsidiaries for Saudi Arabia's petrochemical industry.
