Kremlin vows Russia's response to expansion of U.S. sanctions
MOSCOW. June 21 (Interfax) - Moscow will respond to Washington's expansion of sanctions against Russia, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
"The situation is absurd. We are being punished for Poroshenko's non-fulfillment of the Minsk Agreements. This is mere nonsense," Ushakov told reporters on Wednesday.
When asked a follow-up question from Interfax if Russia responds to the expansion, Ushakov said, "We certainly will."
