Sistema lodges complaint against judge in Rosneft-Sistema case to presidential administration
MOSCOW. July 19 (Interfax) - Sistema has lodged a complaint against presiding judge Irina Nurislamova in the Bashkortostan arbitration court's proceedings on Rosneft's and Bashneft's lawsuit to a number of jurisdictions, including the Kremlin administration.
"The way court procedures are being undertaken, court decisions adopted, including the rejection of absolutely every motion by the defendant and third parties, except for parties with an interest in the plaintiffs, raises serious doubts regarding her impartiality and has forced us to lodge a complaint against her unlawful actions with the chief justice, Russia's presidential administration, the Higher Judges' Qualifications Board and the Ural Federal District Arbitration Court," Sistema's lawyer Sergei Kopytov told Interfax.
