DPR says no obstacles to OSCE monitors' entry to Yasynuvata

DONETSK. July 21 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) has denied claims made by the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE SMM) that OSCE monitors have been denied access to Yasynuvata.

The OSCE mission said on its Twitter account earlier that some "DPR member "Zloy" denies OSCE SMM monitors access to the populated locality of Yasynuvata.

"The commander known as "Zloy" is not in Yasynuvata. Consequently, his units are not there either. As far as I know, they [OSCE monitors] are entering there unhindered and are monitoring the situation from the premises of the railway station," Eduard Basurin of the DPR Defense Ministry said at a press briefing when commenting on the OSCE SMM report.
