Shaltay-Boltay case hearing at Moscow City Court set for July 31 - lawyer
MOSCOW. July 25 (Interfax) - A closed-door hearing of a criminal case against Konstantin Teplyakov and Alexander Filinov, who are accused of gaining illegal access to computer information as part of the Shaltay-Boltay hacker group, will be held at Moscow City Court on July 31, lawyer Natalya Zemskova told Interfax.
"A preliminary hearing in the criminal case against my client Filinov and Alexander Teplyakov has been set for July 31, at 11:30 a.m.," Zemskova said on Tuesday.
The case has been classified and so will be closed to the public, she said.
"Our position has not changed, my client and Mr. Teplyakov plead not guilty," Zemskova said.
